1) You can go to the Order Form that is Provided here and copy and paste it into an email (the email address will be provided in your Welcome Packet) then you can fill out the form in your email and send it.

2) You can go to the Order Form provided here and print it,  fill it out, and send the completed form to the address provided in your Welcome Package.

3) You can call the number provided in your Welcome Package and leave a detailed message including all info from your completed order form, and most important your phone number to return your call for confirmation of order.

Once we receive your order, we will calculate total with shipping and email or call you with the total.

You reply with confirmation and payment.

All orders must be prepaid. They cannot be sent C.O.D.

Payment options are Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Checks via PayPal.com    or.....    Personal Check  or Money Order via USPS mail.  

Your Order is sent to the shipping dept. for processing as soon as your payment clears and ships within 48 hours.... 

PayPal.com clears almost instantly once your account is set up......  USPS mailed payments may experience delays due to  mail service delays, check/money order clearing from bank.
