Every order you place with Savings Haven will be shipped with an invoice listing every item you ordered: description of the item, number of packs shipped, the minimum packing of the item.

Your order may generate one or more invoice pages depending on the size of your order. Your (pink) copy of the invoice is included inside one of the cartons. If you have ordered small premium items such as costume jewelry, the invoice will be stapled to the brown paper bag containing the small items.

Each order, no matter how many invoice pages are generated, will have the same invoice number.

Savings Haven will email/mail a copy of the invoice showing all items and shipping charges and tracking number(s) to you.

All orders must be prepaid. They cannot be sent C.O.D.

Any time the code letter "S" appears after Packs Ordered, it signifies that the particular item you ordered required imprinting and/or special handling. Therefore, the item could not be shipped immediately. Allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery of imprinted material.

Savings Haven’s Normal In-Stock Status Is A Remarkably High 95%+

Any time the code letter "C" appears after Packs Ordered, it signifies that the item was out-of-stock at the time and could not be shipped. You will be issued a credit or full refund for the items that were out of stock. You can reorder the item after the date shown on the invoice or chose to just wait for the re-stock date. Most often, unless otherwise specified, an out-of-stock item is likely to be back in stock fairly soon and, at that time, We will than ship the item.

Every Savings Haven Shipment Is Fully Insured

For your maximum protection, every order shipped by Savings Haven is fully insured against loss, pilferage and damage. On each U.S.P.S and U.P.S. shipment, Savings Haven has access to a PIN (Package Identification Number) that makes tracing of lost shipments easy and fast (allow 30-90 days for postal tracers).
